O My Gosh! I really do love this one...like the "glow" effect! I am so far behind with downloading frames (about 10 days worth), have been extremely busy with the final days of the closing on the duplex...I did finally close on the 14th...was so emotionally exhausted I went to bed for 14 hours...LOL...so very unlike me! But now I am crawling out of that to get busy with normalcy (?whatever that is) in my life and get back to scrapping. I still have a couple of things to do, like transfer the water and electricity to my name, finish a couple of things inside the duplex, put out a for rent sign and get it inspected once I get a contract (the certificate of occupancy is only good for 30 days unless it is rented and I want to check all applicants references first). With the expediency of property rentals being snapped up in this area, I shouldn't have any problems, but I want to be choosy and get a good long term tenant! Anyhow, will not comment on all frames as I normally do as I catch up...have a wonderful weekend ahead and Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you so generously share! Many hugs my friend. Mat
